Woodtronics, Inc dba Southern Medical Services is a medical equipment repair company dedicated to providing prompt, reliable service to the San Antonio and South Texas medical, laboratory and research facilities. We repair a wide variety of hospital and laboratory equipment as well as performing electrical leakage safety inspections, and preventive maintenance. Documentation of repair work and safety inspections is stored in our main office as required by JCAHO and other agencies. Service contracts or on call service. All of our technicians have at least an AAS in Biomedical Equipment Technology or were trained by the military, have extensive experience working in the field and attend continuing education classes.
  
Southern Medical Services is a member of the San Antonio Better Business Bureau, AAMI, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and MERA (Medical Equipment Repair Associates). We maintain a good relationship with many manufacturers so that supply and repair parts can be ordered with a minimum of trouble and time. To better protect our clients, we carry appropriate insurance policies which include completed operations.

Phone response time for emergencies is two hours.

On site emergency response is usually the same or next business day.

Normal Business Hours are M - F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
